I had a mixed experience with Philippa Craddock Limited. While their website is visually appealing and easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was quite slow and when I did receive a response, it was not very helpful. The quality of their products, however, is excellent. The flowers I ordered were fresh and beautiful, and the arrangements were expertly put together. Overall, I would rate my experience with Philippa Craddock Limited as average.
