Why is it, that the complainers are always the one...

Why is it, that the complainers are always the ones to leave reviews? JFK is absolutely the best hospital I have ever been for any kind of treatment. I can't even complain about the food. The staff is lovely, from housekeeping to MD's and the Surgeons. Quality experience with positive attitudes, describes the encounters I've had since being admitted here 8 days ago. Many hospitals -- like Wellington -- would have booted me out after the obligatory two days post hip surgery. But the attending Doctor noticed a slight issue with my blood completely unrelated to my surgery and am thankfully being treated for that. Had I left it could have been disastrous for me. Each Nurse and PC that has taken care of me have been the nicest and most caring I've ever encountered. And I emphasize caring. I have felt so comfortable in their care. JFK is, I believe, as close to perfect as you can find. And I've been in 6 hospitals in the past 5 years.
