The Zest media group is an average company. Their website zest-media.com offers some useful information, but overall I expected more. The design is outdated, and the content could be improved. I believe they have the potential to be great, but they need to put more effort into their online presence. The customer service was decent, and they responded to my inquiries in a timely manner. However, I was not impressed with their overall performance. I hope they take my feedback into consideration and make the necessary improvements.
