Room had used tea cups and unemptied bin from previous occupant. Even after accepting a pre-auth payment on arrival, still problems ordering food against room. Reported cleanliness issues to hotel staff and was assured it had been rectified only to find my room in same condition when returning. Window did not close, road noise and room generally noisy from ventilation system. Most unpleasant stay in any hotel all year. Will never return.
