I ordered items online. I cancelled after waiting for a month (they still weren't shipped out even after a month). I received an email from Ikea about a month and a half after I cancelled the order letting me know that my order was successfully cancelled. Ikea, please, when in the world will I get my $110 refund?? I can't call anyone at Ikea or email; you don't get those options anymore. Are you even planning on refunding me?? This is madness. I cancelled my order over 2 months ago!
