Incredible customer service!! Pam and her staff are really knowledgeable about the products they rent. When the lens I want is already rented, Pam always takes time to understand why I need it and makes great alternative recommendations. They always greet you with a smile and positive attitude and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have the best experience. Prices are reasonable too. I rent occasionally but they know me by name and remember me every time. I feel so good about renting local and knowing that if I need a particular lens, these girls will make sure I m taken care of. I highly recommend them!! PS... Pam loves chocolate, so you should always bring a chocolate chip cookie for her!
