I've been without internet for three days!

I've been without internet for three days!
I need the internet to work at home office and study but it is not working.
They said that on the same day I was going to come to the concert but it arrived at 16:30 in the afternoon and I didn't call there, they said it was only in 48h, but earlier the other attendant said they were coming on the same day, but they didn't come and just keep falling, they can't see a drop of water that falls. I think that at least those three days without internet should be deducted from the bill.
You can't pay 60 reais a month to spend almost a week without internet, besides I think you should have a booklet because you can't print invoices every month!
