the most disrespectful, distasteful, illiterate and rude individuals I have ever dealt with. Comcast uses them for installation. they degrade you and humiliate you and threaten you! after talking with corporate? they are considering pulling this company from doing their installations. There are far too many complaints. Stay away from this company and all of the aggravation and frustration they will cause you. they will lie about showing up to your home to try and cover their behinds only to be exposed because we have video surveillance that contradicted what they said. Welcome to 2015.
