No form of assistance or understanding during the Covid 19 pandemic! We paid our rent in full on time every month and the 1 month we were affected by Covid 19 and didnt receive salaries we asked LWD for assistance and all we received was letter of demand, harrassing phone calls and emails. They were not willing to meet us halfway despite us being upfront and honest with them. Despite the government asking rental companies to show the spirit of Ubuntu, they weren't prepared to even arrange for a payment plan. Would never recommend this agency.
