I paid Pradeep Ranka for 2 flats in Ranka Heights ...

I paid Pradeep Ranka for 2 flats in Ranka Heights in April 2006. Crook never completed the flats. Even in 2015 he refused to handover Title or possession of the flats. I filed 2 FIRs and 2 civil lawsuits against Pradeep Ranka, his father, his cousin, Sunder Vadivel etc. FIR numbers 191/2015 (Halasur Police Station) and 238/2015 (Cubbon Park Police Station.)
In July 2015 the judge in Bangalore ruled that Pradeep Ranka and his father had to report to the Halasur Police Station every two weeks as part of their release bond. It was only after that that Pradeep Ranka and Ranka-N-Ranka Infrastructure Pvt Ltd handed over possession of the incomplete bare shell. Photos are attached.
The Ranka Builders are absolute, shameless, unadulterated, concentrated crooks. Given them any money is losing all that money. You have been warned.
