I have been an independent distributor at Neways International for several years now, and I have to say that my experience has been average overall. The company provides decent products and the compensation plan is fair, but there are some areas that could be improved. The customer support could be more responsive, and the training materials could be more comprehensive. However, the company does provide a good opportunity to build a successful business if you put in the effort.
