Limco has changed leadership and that's a good thing. Previous management has taken advantage of the loyal employees worked them 7 days a week and most holidays. Most of the knowledgeable employees moved on for a better work/life balance. The replacement of the president will hopefully put a stop to the company taking advantage of the employees. I'm optimistic that this company will be a great place to work again.
