The overall experience with Pinpoint Collective was average. While the website was easy to navigate, the product selection was limited. The customer service was satisfactory, but not exceptional. The delivery time was reasonable, but I have experienced faster from other companies. I may consider exploring other options before returning to Pinpoint Collective.
