I am a long-time customer of SightSpeed and I must say, their service has been consistently average. While it gets the job done, it lacks any standout features. The video quality is decent, but not exceptional. The audio can sometimes be a bit choppy. Overall, it's a reliable option for basic video conferencing, but don't expect anything extraordinary.
