I have been a customer of Hia-li for several years now and I must say the service they provide is average. Although they have a good reputation in the industry, I have found their prices to be on the higher side. However, their customer support is great and whenever I have had any issues, they have been quick to resolve them. Overall, I would rate Hia-li as an average company.
