The service provided by Empire Ornamental CORP was decent. However, I believe there is room for improvement. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable, but the overall experience fell short of my expectations. The prices were fair, but the quality of the products could have been better. I appreciate their efforts, but I hope they strive for excellence in the future.
