I have been a customer of Meusonic for several years and I must say that their service is average. While they have a wide selection of products, their customer support can be quite slow at times. I have encountered a few technical issues with my purchases and it took longer than expected for them to resolve the problems. Overall, Meusonic is an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
