The agency looked promising, but the agents working for them seem to be unprofessional. We tried to set up a meeting with Mr. Thomas, but he never returned our calls. We were looking forward to working with them, since our friends used the same agency last year and had a great experience. Perhaps it was an off day, but we have to move on to another agency while I change jobs and prepare for the big move.
