We went to The Bridal Collection for my daughter's wedding dress in October 2017. The day we shopped for and purchased a dress, my daughter was treated perfectly and made to feel beautiful. The fittings did not go so well, and my original review was not a good one. However Lynn, the owner of the shop, reached out to me because of the problems. She obviously cares more about the customer and her experience than the bottom line of making a profit. She went above and beyond to rectify the problems, and made my daughter and I feel so much better. Thank you Lynn!
