I had an average experience with Planet Cyclery. The company website (planetcyclery.com) is easy to navigate and find the products I need. The prices are reasonable, but not the cheapest. The customer service was okay, but could have been more responsive. Overall, I would consider shopping again, but also explore other options as well.
