The experience with MyDearest was average. Although their website looked great, the product didn't live up to the hype. The VR technology was laggy and the graphics looked outdated. I expected more from a company with such a strong online presence. The customer service was also lacking, as it took them ages to respond to my inquiries. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
