I had a somewhat disappointing experience with Queroche sl. The product I ordered arrived late and had a defect. While their customer service was responsive and offered a replacement, it was still an inconvenience. I expected better quality control and timely delivery. However, they did handle the situation well and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I hope they improve these aspects for future customers.
