Why are you trying to take water from the Delta by purchasing islands? Why not figure out how to manage the water here and all of us live by our means? Doing damage to an ecosystem in one area to help another does not fix any issues. It just creates another one. And no I dont live in northern CA I live in Fresno. Desalination plant, pay more now but gain more on the dollar later and leave the Delta alone please.
