My experience at Dianes Designer Loft was a bit disappointing. The customer service was average, but the prices were quite high for the quality of the clothes. I was also disappointed with the limited selection of sizes available. However, I must say that the staff was friendly and tried their best to assist me. Overall, it was an average experience.
