I am a customer of Jackson Ultima and I must say they have provided me with an average experience. The quality of their products is not bad, but it's also not exceptional. I have been using their figure skates for a while now and they have held up pretty well. The only issue I have faced is that they are not the most comfortable skates out there. Overall, I would say Jackson Ultima is an average company with decent products.
