I recently contacted a company specializing in food business consulting, and I must say my experience was average. The company website was informative, providing details about their services and expertise in the field. However, I found the responsiveness of the consultants to be lacking. It took quite some time to receive a response to my initial inquiry, and even then, the communication was not as prompt as I had hoped. While the consultants did display knowledge in their field, I felt like they were rushed in providing assistance and guidance. Although the services offered were adequate, I expected a more personalized and attentive approach. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication and customer service.
