I recently used a home health care service and decided to go with New Hope Home Health. Overall, the experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the important information about their services. The staff was friendly and polite, although I did find them a bit disorganized at times.

The caregivers who came to my home were punctual and seemed knowledgeable, but I felt that their attention to detail could have been better. There were a few instances where they overlooked certain instructions, which caused some inconvenience.

In terms of communication, it was a mixed bag. Sometimes it was easy to reach them and they responded promptly, but occasionally I had to follow up multiple times to get a response.
