I had a mixed experience with Campaign On The Cloud. The platform itself is great and user-friendly. However, I found their customer support to be lacking. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the responses were not very helpful. I thought they could improve in this area. Overall, the platform is good, but the customer support needs some work.
