I have been a customer of Philipp & Sohn GmbH for several years now, and I must say that their service is average. The staff is fairly polite and helpful, but sometimes it takes longer than expected to get a response. The quality of their products is decent, but I have had a couple of issues with faulty items. Overall, I would say they are an okay company to deal with.
