I recently had a pool installed by the company and I must say, the process was quite average overall. The initial consultation and design phase were satisfactory, but there were some delays in the construction process. The quality of the work was decent, but there were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed post-installation. The customer service was responsive in addressing these issues, but it did require some follow-up on my end. The pricing was competitive, and the final result was satisfactory, but not exceptional. Overall, it was an average experience dealing with them.
