I recently worked with a commercial real estate company to find a property for my business. Initially, the company's website seemed promising with a user-friendly interface and property listings. However, my experience was average at best. The lack of personalized attention and slow response times to my inquiries left much to be desired. Despite the wide range of properties listed on the website, I found the actual process of finding and securing a suitable property to be more challenging than anticipated. The company's services were adequate, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer support and communication.
