I had an overall average experience with R Y Timber INC. The quality of their products was satisfactory, but the customer service could have been better. The website was easy to navigate and I found what I was looking for without any difficulty. However, the delivery took longer than expected. The staff was polite, but not very helpful. I would consider buying from them again if they improve their customer service.
