I recently worked with a company that focuses on customer experience and strategy. I visited their website and found it to be generally informative; the layout was clean and easy to navigate. However, I felt that the content could have been more engaging and visually appealing. The case studies were interesting, but I would have liked to see more client testimonials to get a better sense of their impact. Overall, I would say that my experience was average. I found the website to be functional, but I think there's room for improvement in terms of showcasing their expertise and past success stories. 😊
