I have been using the services of the Crumb group d.o.o. company for some time now, and overall, I am satisfied. The website, voip.ba, is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The customer support has been helpful in resolving any issues I have encountered. However, there is room for improvement in terms of service reliability. I would rate them as average.
