I have been a customer of TRAN, FAUTINA for several years now and I must say that their service is average. While they do provide a decent range of products, their customer service could definitely be improved. There have been multiple instances where I had to wait for a long time on hold or deal with unhelpful representatives. I hope they can make some positive changes to enhance the overall customer experience.
