I recently purchased some products from Niv Textile and overall, I had an okay experience. The quality of the products was decent, but not outstanding. The website was easy to navigate and the checkout process was smooth. However, I did have a small issue with the shipping, as my order arrived a bit later than expected. Nonetheless, the customer service team was helpful and resolved my issue promptly. I would consider shopping with Niv Textile again in the future.
