👋 I recently had the opportunity to work with a certain real estate agency and had a fairly average experience. The website was user-friendly and visually appealing, making it easy to navigate and find relevant information. However, I found the communication to be somewhat lacking. It took longer than expected to receive responses to my inquiries, and there were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. 🕒💬 The agents I interacted with were polite and knowledgeable, but I felt that they could have been more proactive in keeping me informed about the progress of my transaction. On the positive side, 🏠👍 the agency did provide a good range of property listings, allowing me to explore different options. Overall, while my experience was by no means terrible, there is room for improvement in terms of communication and responsiveness.
