I recently worked with them on an office renovation project, and while the end result was satisfactory, the overall experience was a bit underwhelming. The design concepts were not as innovative as I had hoped, and the project management could have been better. Communication could have been more proactive and transparent, as I often had to inquire about project updates. On the positive side, the team was professional and receptive to feedback, and the project was completed within the expected timeline.
