They need to hire COMPETENT staff who know how to work in HOTELS!
This is the 2nd time I call them to reserve a room, and they tell me no need there is PLENTY of rooms available.
When I show up they tell me we don't have a room available with what you need sir!

Why NOT tell me that from the beginning? Instead of me traveling all the way, and then giving me the bad news!
