The staff was very nice. They weren't pushy at all, and they were helpful when we wanted it. Having the option to swap out one fabric for another on a style of furniture would push this into the 5 star category. I worked with Abu and the experience was very pleasant. He was willing to rearrange couches from across the store to make sure we were happy with the way they looked together - that's a good salesman. Abu told me the couches would arrive in hopefully 2 weeks, probably 4 weeks, and no more than 6 weeks as covid has affected delivery times.

Update: 11 weeks later, we still don't have the couches. I've been on hold several times for > 30 minutes trying to get a hold of Customer Service. I don't know if they're still growing the trees to get the wood, or if the manufacturing facility in China really is hit hard by Covid. Sometime around week 8 I called and tried to cancel the order and was told we'd incur a 15% restocking fee - which comes out near the tune of $300 and still have no couches. What I do know is that this has been an awful experience. I won't be purchasing any furniture from this company again.
