The design work was delayed and the response to queries were unanswered.
My wife who is the managing director of the company had send the staff to meet the concerned who unfortunately got a cold response to her queries.
Office staff who had recommended the place asked that a new event management company be entrusted with work we had discussed with ice cube.
Apparently the problem seems to Be some new staff who is unskilled and who also dealt rudely with our company staff.

Other clients in past have good reports about ice cube.
Expect them not to stick to schedules. Designs however are fair and reasonably charged
