I will never come here for rentals again. We had the same agent that allowed my husband and myself to view two homes. We expressed to him that we are newly weds and we were moving from St.Augustine. We asked him if we could possibly have a co-signer since we were relocating. He said he didn't see an issue with that. So, stupidly...my husband and I put in a application only to get denied because we did not have verifiable income. We told our agent and I sent countless emails to which I never got a reply back. My husband and I have NEVER been late on any rent payments and always pay it on time. It was the simple fact my husband could not transfer his job. I feel so used since my husband and I are young. We are both out of $130 now and I demand a refund since we got denied. I will be talking to my lawyer.....
