Steven Kappler made our experience at Stohlman a great one! We actually drove 3.5 hours from Pittsburgh to purchase a new 2017 VW Golf GTI because 1) Stohlman was willing to make a better deal than any dealership in our area. 2) Steven was very responsive and incredibly knowledgeable and helpful from the beginning. And 3) Upon our arrival at the dealership, we were welcomed, made to feel at ease, not pressured and encouraged to test drive a few different cars before we made our decision. Also, the financing process was easy and quick - except for the finance manager making a slight oversight on the pricing (quickly resolved by a sales manager) and being a bit pushy about the maintenance contracts (optional). Of course, I can't really fault them for this as it is their job after all to SELL! All in all it was a fantastic buying experience and we will probably come back again next year to check into a lease on the soon to be redesigned Toureg.
