This is the worst, most incompetent pharmacy I have ever done business with. The first time I had my prescription filled, I called to make sure they had it, and they told me it was ready to be picked up. When I got there, they had not even started filling it and told me they did not stock it. They told me to come back the next day. When I tried to refill it the next month, they wouldn't accept my refill request until the day before. Once again I called to make sure they had it before I wasted another trip. This time they said it will be two more days until they get it in. They said they don't stock it because it is expensive. I now have to go two days without my medicine . They should have either let me put in my refill request early, so they could order it, or keep it in stock because they know I have refills remaining on it. Furthermore, they let children run the register and answer the phones. That is likely a contributing factor in this situation.
