What a total disappointing place. First, we checked in, took us half hour to find our room, lugging our bags up and down stairs, not knowing we had to scan our card for our floor. Other floors worked without card. Got to room and toilet was broken. They had to rig something together since parts weren t available. Rigging did work, haven t had further issues. Have a room that fits 4 people, but only 2 cups for coffee, wine, slippers. Specifically told them 3 people in room. No sugar. No hot water. Talked to director and she was wonderful, had stuff provided 2nd night. Third night came back, no towels or clean coffee cups, wine glasses. Ridiculous that unless we complain we can t get what shouldn t have to be requested for the amount this is costing. Ordered breakfast this morning. Got COLD eggs, English muffins were not toasted, barely warm. Just a terrible experience all around. Can t believe this is considered a 5 star hotel. Only reason why I m giving 2 stars is that the tv is nice and bed comfortable. Could have gotten that for less than $300 a night at a 2 star. Do not and will not recommend this hotel.
