I have been a customer of Pinnacle Information Services for several years now and I must say that their services are average. While they are efficient with handling my queries and provide timely assistance, there is room for improvement in terms of the quality of their solutions. The support staff is knowledgeable and courteous, but sometimes, the solutions provided are not comprehensive enough. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
