I had a rather average experience with The Montecito Group. The customer service was not exceptional, but it was not terrible either. The website was easy to navigate and the information provided was sufficient. However, I felt that the overall quality of their services could be improved. The rates were reasonable, but I expected a bit more from such a renowned company. Considering my experience, I would rate them as average.
