I have been trying to contact this company for ove...

I have been trying to contact this company for over SIX MONTHS in regards to paying my city taxes from escrow - I have called and sat on hold for hours just to be told "yes, the taxes are getting paid, and they're coming from your escrow." Really?? My loan was sold to this company and now I am just about certain they are pocketing MY money!! The city I live in continues to send me notice that NONE of my city taxes have been paid since I have moved in almost two years ago, and the late fees continue to accumulate. This company sends me an automated email once every 6 months to tell me they took money out of escrow on my behalf in order to pay said taxes.... yet taxes are going unpaid via escrow..... explain that to me??? I have not been able to get back into contact for over six months now - I have called and been left on hold for hours, I have emailed MULTIPLE address with NO RESPONSE, I have inquired multiple times through their website... NO RESPONSE, and the city I reside in is still waiting on taxes.... then LoanCare sends me a letter saying I don't have enough money in my escrow to pay my next set of city taxes so my mortgage is going to go up about $100 dollars...... WHERE IS MY MONEY GOING???????
If anyone knows of an existing class-action, please let me know, before I file my own.
