I have been a customer of Kristron Systems - India for a few years now and I must say, their services are average. The overall experience has been satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement. The website is easy to navigate and the customer support team is responsive. However, the delivery time for products can be a bit slow at times. I hope they work on speeding up the process to provide a better experience for their customers.
