Got straight up fat from a large brisket I bought....

Got straight up fat from a large brisket I bought. I think more than half of it is fat. I have never been more disappointed. I just bought a smoker and got the worse meal ever. I have about 6 more pounds of this steak in my freezer that I will probably have to throw away cause my kids are not going to eat it.
